Mrs Diane Nicholl FCPodS has prepared independent medical-legal reports for more than 6 years. She is registered with MAPS and has provided reports for a variety of Law firms.
Her medico-legal training was provided by Jonathan Dingle & Judith Kelbie of Premex at 218, Strand London WC2R 1AT. Premex provide CPD accredited medico-legal training on basic law, report-writing, pre-trial preparation and courtroom skills,
Jonathan Dingle is head of Chambers at 218 Strand, a Senior Barrister and International Mediator, and a London School of Mediation Course Director. He is specialist in personal injury, sports law and clinical negligence cases. He has appeared in the Court of Appeal in recent leading cases on Part 36, CRU and CFAs. He has been at the heart of UK and world meditation since 1998. Judith Kelbie, Solicitor, is an accredited mediator and the managing partner of 7 Solicitors LLP in Harrogate . Judith has more than 20 years exeprience of personal injury and clincial negligence law and is a Director of the London School of Meditation. She was elected to the Board of the Civil Mediation Council in 2005.
Mrs Nicholl FCPodS accepts instructions from solicitors for detailed medical reports for use in personal injury litigation. Instructions for defendants are accepted. We will provide an appointment for review within 7-14 days of receiving instructions from your solicitor. Your solicitor will be required to forward complete records and imaging relating to the case. Your right to privacy is guaranteed and Fitter Feet for Life fully complies with the Data Protection Act.
The medico-legal report will be provided to your solicitor with 10 working days.
